This hotel was freshly made and I loved it. Very clean room, comfy beds, simply delicious breakfast. This property was set in a super central area. Plus it was in a calm area. The staff were elegant. Room was spaceous, bigger then in most New Orleans hotels.
We greatly enjoyed the hotel, location and the food, it's nice place to stay. The rooms are very clean. A nice bar at the property.
It was a 4-star hotel in every way. The rooms were very clean overall. In addition, free Wi Fi was useful.
We appreciated our stay here. Give kudos to valet. French (Vieux Carré) district is worth looking into.
Very helpful staff
The hotel description stated that each room in the hotel had views of either bourbon street or the French Quarter. The room I had looked out onto the carpark, with some minimal views of rooftops. In my opinion, this is not a view of the French Quarter.
The hotel staff, from the desk clerks, maids, doormen, and concierge, were all very accommodating and friendly. After my partner dropped jewellry behind the bed, it was noted that the room could have been cleaner upon our arrival. The location was excellent within walking distance of most things a traveller would like to see. However, it was noted that there were numerous such options that would not have been on Bourbon Street which can be loud and boisterous. Luckily we had a back room about as far away from Bourbon Street as you could get and it was not much of a factor affecting our stay.
The room and location were great. Drew at the front desk saved our day/stay. Loved it and will be back!
Not a thing!
Perfect location on Bourbon Street. All the ammenities you can expect.
Just in the middle of French Quarter. We had a Rooney on the back side, very important since the street is very nosy.
The hotel is in the ideal location for access to the French Quarter restaurants, bars and night life. And for access to the tourist attractions across the city of New Orleans.
The hotel is located in a very noisy neighbourhood, with the very loud sound of music and people continuing outside to approx 4am. The hotel has a significant number of rooms where the levets of noise are excessive. No attempt has been made to minimise the noise levels in these rooms - for example, no additional glazing. Securing a move to a quieter room was impossible on our first night - after 24 hours of travelling from the UK - but an acceptably quiet room was allocated from our second night.
Can be loud depending on where your room faces.
Perfect location and everything was clean and new
right in the heart of bourbon street.....excellent value, very friendly staff and very good price....
Convience to French Quarter
Room was very noisey from the bands playling in adjacent buildings.
The hotel has a perfect location in the French Quarter and its staff was very friendly.
